  Bankers are helpful and friendly. They helped me open business accounts on a Saturday. Only issue is their business credit card products, they outsourced their business cards to Pinnacle bank aka “Apex card member services”, which did a hard pull on my personal credit report. Despite my 800+ credit score they denied my business card application and refused to tell me why. Apex CS lied to me said Experian made the decision. Called Experian they told me that they only provide credit reports, it’s the bank who made the decision. I went to Citi and got approved with business card without even pulling my personal credit report. If you are looking for business credit cards, go with big banks who has their own credit card products.
