I thought this was a place of resource and a place that would provide help if someone is struggling.....but I have went and requested rental assistance and they accepted my paperwork and informed Mee I would recievbe a call in two days regarding my application. 6 days later I call and inquire about it and thee same lady who took my paperwork said she couldn't find it. Noww I have went to ask for help with a gas voucher explained my situation and they denied me again. If you truly need help and are struggling this place picks and chooses who they help and who they dont.
