      This is definitely the appropriate rating. I'd give them a zero if I had the choice. Today, the internet went down, which I understand, technology isn't always 100%. However, they choose to close the bank mid day because of this. Ridiculous, lazy and definitely not your "local hometown" bank. And like the poster below, your made to feel that your hassling them to do their job.

      Not very friendly at all! I never feel welcomed to do business in this branch! They need to hire people in this Ellenville branch that can at least say hello, or smile, and be thankful they even have a job!!
