      I posted this review with 2 stars so it wouldn’t lower their rating. I have tried to inform the CEO of some of the things this bank has done but he has refused to even listen or let me even email him my evidence. They forced me to close down a business I started in 2018 with 3 million dollars of my own money because they acted illegally. They lied on the FDIC response and froze a bank account that wasn’t legally allowed for them to freeze. Neil Hoffman said I thought they were racist and they said if I didn’t take down the complaint to the FDIC they would raise my interest rate 5 percent. They have caused me to move out of my own home in order to get a business loan on it to pay them back while they have intentionally held an acccount with money I have earned in the last 2 months from October til January making my credit score so low it is difficult to borrow over a million dollars. I was current with our loan when this happened They have done worse things that have cost me millions and given them extra in fees and interest. The closing in Buffalo is ridiculous because Covid relief was already on its way. They don’t even adhere to Covid laws.

      Horrible bank both in Jamestown and Springville. Propper information is not supplied when refinancing. If they make a mistake, they move like a snail to fix it or don'tfix it. DON'T use their lawyer Tom Rickert, I'm out over $200 because of negligence. Bad hours HORRIBLE BANK!!
