      On May 4th I tried to make a loan payment and CCB refused to accept it. They upped my interest rate from 5 to 10 percent the next week along with buying unneeded insurance also and didn’t honor our agreement. I went into this branch the other day just to get an activity report for my account and they refused to give it to me. I just want to see what they have charged me. I have reached out to the FDIC about this matter.
