  We are very grateful for this company. When first starting to buy a home we came to them. They helped in every possible way. They answered our questions and gave advice on how to get our credit acceptable to home buy. We were able to come back about a year or more later and were approved to buy home. Jason Cattell went above and beyond while already busy and took time to show us several homes. We finally found the one perfect for our family. Him and his team work in such excellence and unity. We changed our loan during buying process and loan company messed up and Jason was excellent in helping us through this process. We are very grateful and highly recommend this company!   My husband and I worked with Tatiana Hall. We worked with her for a few weeks trying to get through pre-approval. Tatiana led both our realtor and I to think we were going to get an approval at a specified amount and all we needed to get our official pre approval letter was a job transfer letter for my husband. Over the next week we obtained that letter & our Realtor found us some properties within that budget. Tatiana text me the day before we flew out to Houston Texas (coming from California) that she would have it ready by that afternoon. She asked me for a few more documents and I got those to her as well. We got to Houston the next morning and looked at 3 properties. We found one we wanted to write an offer on and still had not heard back from Tatiana. Hours later I get a call from her Saying she can’t give us the preapproval based on our debt to income ratio. We were beyond in shock because before she led us to believe all we needed was the transfer letter. If she had really looked at our file she would’ve known our debt to income wasn’t good enough from the start. Her “miscommunication” costed us a pointless trip to Houston & disappointed in what was supposed to be our first home. Luckily we have found a new Loan Officer that was able to get us where we needed to be.
