      After reading the two reviews from a couple of years ago I wanted to share my experience. My experience at this branch was completely opposite. Friendly tellers and amazing Branch Manager made me remember what small town banking is all about. I've missed that since my local bank has been aquired into a larger out of state bank. They could not have been more accommodating for me and my situation. Courteous, friendly and professional! They have a customer for life. Kudos to CB&S Bank of Red Bay.

      This branch has the rudest and most disrespectful staff ever, especially the tellers. Also, I came in one day to inquire about a particular transaction and the person mysteriously knew information about activity on my checking account before I even gave them my name and account number. It was as if they freely access and peruse through peoples accounts in their spare time. Other CB&S branches are okay, but this one is to be avoided at all costs.
