  Paul and Will delivered my Saatva mattress and adjustable bed. They were on time and very courteous. They wore masks and wiped their feet and did not waste time . I am very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

  CDW Logistics' automated system contacted me on Tuesday asking me to confirm delivery of a new mattress on Friday. I confirmed online. Simple and easy. Unfortunately, the four-hour delivery window came and went. No call or email from CDW notifying me of a delay or a problem. Multiple calls to two different CDW phone numbers were not answered - by a person nor an automated system. There was no voicemail prompt identifying the company or individuals responsible nor were there instructions provided to callers. Voicemails were not returned. I don't have the mattress I ordered. In sum, it's as disappointing an experience as one could expect from a business.

  Fuel is back! Yes, we were then in the very early stages of recovery from that subsequent fuel outage stemming from a very real cyberattack of the Colonial Pipeline. However... we are getting things back to normal. Fuel is available - for now - and our fleet is back in service. But we had to secure and recover loads of merchandise which became stranded when trucks needed refueling, and as well had to secure and recover trucks and personnel, and with not much fuel to do so, and so... it's been quite a ride. Some of our customers, not unlike yourself, were negatively affected, too. But now we are back in the office and back in our trucks and we are working to repair things. In order to catch up we are working through the nights rescheduling routes and working daily with customers to accommodate their schedules while aiming for positive results. We value our customers and for the privilege to provide service and only with sincere integrity. We are not in this business just to do business, we are in this business to do good business. I see that our distribution facility received your merchandise from the factory on Wednesday, 12 May 2021 at 11:05 AM, and you placed the order on 05 May 2021. On 13 May 2021 we realized that we were actually being shut down in several regions where fuel supplies had been reduced to zero, finding nothing more than gas stations with bags hanging over their pumps. Necessarily, we switched into damage control mode. We sent the message to unaffected clients requesting their customer service representative support citing the fact that we were stopped cold in our tracks and forced to work out how we could secure valuable property scattered out in the field. It is very important to us that our customers must always be diligently informed and are always given our sincere assurances of how we will work hard to get all affected deliveries made as soon and as best as possible. After the fifth day of these perplexing circumstances we returned with no more than an awkward semblance to regaining our posture and with that we took back the helm on office computers and phones. Please know that we remain quite disappointed that we were not able to serve you and our other valued customers so much better during this brief episode. Kindly yours -Calvin

  CDW was at my home today. One of the delivery men showed up without a face mask (in the middle of Covid) and in spite of it being a state law to wear one. He resisted putting one on when offered to him. After he finally put it on, he resisted wearing it correctly. This made me feel unsafe in my own home and as if my health and well being was at risk. It appeared to me (and the others in my home) that he was angry as he walked around the house looking at the rooms so he could see where to put the mattress. When I said “please be careful of the walls”, he decided of his own volition to no move the mattresses in my home. CDW could have made this situation better by saying they are sending out a different crew. No homeowner should feel unsafe in their own home. No worker should enter a home without a face mask during Covid. (As a side note, they both did not have shoe coverings either). NOTHING about CDW felt good or safe. STAY AWAY. Ask for a different vendor to deliver it.
