Experienced a major mechanical failure (turbo)on my F250 while pulling an RV yesterday. Limped into Hondo and the Ford Dealership for help. James and staff in the service department went far beyond superior performance and had me repaired and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! I have never experienced such exemplary service in my life…at any dealership! Kudos to you guys and many thanks for your professionalism and performance!
