      I have had many appraisals done over the yrs. By far the worst. Lots of missing information. Used comps that were 2yrs old . Out of touch with reality Avoid at all costs !!

      Had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They consistently missed the deadlines they quoted, and used incorrect information on their appraisal. When they were presented with the correct info they refused to amend the appraisal so I had to get a second appraisal (from a different company). Only gave one star because I can't give zero.
