      Tracy at the Charlotte Hall location was the best! She was able to fix an error that the car dealership created and processed our loan very quickly. Tracy was professional and helpful and even had me laughing about the day’s unfortunate events. Thanks Tracy!

      simply requested to do business with an associate other than one they hired that i left my prior bank due to some issues with this individual. was told they are the only person for that job(commercial lender) and after i stated that if that's who i have to do business with then i will find another bank. bank president just shrugged it off and stated he was sorry to hear that. if he was sorry he would've simply found someone else for me to work with or he could've done the paper work himself. this bank no longer cares about small business. thanks for everything and doing banking as usual, only big business matters to them
