Imagine a bank ran by sweet grandmothers. Awesome service, they remember you by name. They're constantly offering me cookies. Overall the best bank experience I've ever had.

I wrote a check for $400 for someone who banks here . the teller wrote on top of my writing and wrote $460. So it went through my bank for $60 more dollars. All she got was a slap on the hand. No no. That teller committed fraud. She should be fired. I got a call yesterday sayin something about it has to go through us bank then to my bank to get me paid bank which makes no sense.wht would you have to go through a totally different bank. . Very poor service. This best be fixed by Monday or the bank will be hearing from my attorney

I have been banking with the former Guaranty Bank Branch for a number of years and appreciate the manager and the tellers very much. In the five or six years I have been stopping in the staff hasn't changed and I very much appreciate that. It is truly a community bank. The transition to new ownership (CRBT) has gone smoothly so far and they haven't made any changes to staff, so good! However they used to have a painting by a local artist hanging in the entryway of Bever Park. It was a little arts and crafts but I liked the specificness of it. Well that is being replaced by a big CBRT logo... Oh well. I guess they can do what they want but I already know it's a CBRT Branch from the big sign outside. I'm not sure if the branding had to displace a fairly unique and whimsical piece of local art?!? But who am I?
