      Love this branch!!! I have several accounts with Centennial for years, I opened my first account at this branch. I live in Hot Springs where we do not have a local branch, and I still did not change banks. That should speak volumes to the customer service of this branch.

      Staffs were so rude and did not know how to solve the amounts disappeared from my account. The card quality is bad, they normally broke chips every 3 months.

      Do yourself a favor do not use this bank. I’ve had an account with them for as long as I can remember. Their customer service sucks and inconsistent treatment of long term customers is unacceptable. Go somewhere else you won’t regret it
