I walked in to the bank and went right up to the window I had no clue we had to wait behind the black line I would have waited behind the line it’s a small sign that no one can see but I did not know so I walk to the window and soon as I touched the window the lady “YELLED YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT “ and rolled her eyes and went back to doing her job on the computer with no one at her window I had no idea we had to very poor customer service for a “bank” very rude and didn’t have to roll her eyes i took all my money out the bank and I’m changing to chase
