Northwest Bank took over my Mutual Bank in April 2020 only to permanently close my branch this coming December. So, I’m glad I’ve left to open a new checking account at Centier where the service is Awesome & the lovely ladies are very knowledgeable! Wish I’d gone there a lot sooner.....everyone should give them a try you won’t be sorry! 😃👍

I had such a pleasant experience at this location. I’m a first time client and I must say I was very impressed with the customer service that I was given yesterday. Ana and Adriana really made me feel very comfortable and made the process quick and smooth! I needed a checking and savings opened and I needed it done within a certain time frame as I was to be at work within the hour...Those girls are great! They made it happen despite being short staffed that day and having clients before me...Both were very professional and sweet as well as informative. I’m super excited to be a new client with this bank and look forward to a long standing relationship. 🤝
