      I had an appointment scheduled head of time at 1:30 and I showed up at 1:15 out of courtesy. I ended up waiting until 1:48 to eventually get “help”. The said “help” I received was just being told I have to wait until June to refinance. I would have rather been told that over the phone than have to make 2 other appointments. 2 stars for 2 appointments
