  I have both my personal accounts here, my home mortgage, as well as my business account. Every time I go in, the service has been exceptional. They have been willing to help and go above and beyond. Centra takes their online login security seriously. I used to bank at another national bank but their login passwords were alpha only. I didn't feel safe with my money at a bank that had such a simple password sequence. Another thing I have appreciated is that my teen son opened an account there. A lot of businesses ignore the kids, but this branch in particular has reached out to him, made sure he knew about the features with Apple pay so he could use his watch for payments and much more. There's SO many positive things about Centra, and not once have I ran into something negative so far. I highly recommend them.

  I barely go in there due to the fact that from the last experience when I did go inside the lobby, one of the ladies was talking about the Dolce and Gabbana cologne I had on "stunk" and repeated it to the other worker and then I was told to go sit down for a debit card that only took one minute to make. I dont know if its because I was African American or just because yall women got problems at home but definitely get it together! It takes a few minutes to get customers in and out. Hopefully they build a centra credit union in Louisville ky, because I never deal with issues like this when it comes to businesses..definitely the first.

  I didn't even go to this facility. I took my daughter to the dentist next door. Shortly after I received a text message on my work phone asking how my visit was. (mind you... I have never spoken to this company. Face to face nor electronically) I would advise against using a company that obviously purchased collection data from a carrier. If they purchase that information, they sell that information as well. Being a financial facility, that obviously carries a little more weight.
