I visited Centra yesterday for an appointment to discuss credit card options. I found out that unbeknownst to me, there was a freeze on my Transunion account that needed to be removed for us to proceed. Amber was so helpful as she googled contact information for Transunion and patiently waited as I spoke to someone from Transunion (who spoke very broken English and was impossible to understand) to get the freeze lifted. She was great and very patient as everyone is shorthanded and has lots to do. Supriya was also very pleasant and very helpful. Positive experience all the way around. I've been with Centra for 16 years and this reinforced my initial decision as being the correct one. Great people and I highly recommend Centra in Taylorsville!
