When I came into the bank there never any lines which is nice. Also the people are really friendly.

The worst bank for trying to get your money out!! Atm never works!!! Had this problem last year with my taxes and again this year!! They don't even deserve the one star!! Btw, I'm not the only one, there has been many complaints I'm told by my tax preparer.

Terrible bank with terrible policies and terrible outsourced customer service! I was left stranded on a Sunday because their spending limit is low ($1600 a day with Saturday and Sunday counting as one day combined), and could not reach anyone who had any ability to help over the weekend! Bottom line, if your money is your money, you earned it, and you want access to it 24/7 without issues, pick a different institution.. this one tells you what you can spend and when. Oh, and I travel so my card is CONSTANTLY being blocked for “fraud” even though I’ve called and told them many times that I travel and to stop flagging my card! I’m tired of the embarrassment, frustration, and hassle, so I’ve opened another account with a real bank who cares about their clients and will leaving this useless institution! I’d heavily advise avoiding these jokers and going with a different institution unless you want Mama CBOK controlling your finances!
