      I have been a customer at this branch since 2016. Ruthie was the person who setup all of my accounts. Ruthie helped me again, today, with a credit card. Ruthie is absolutely wonderful to work with. Banking with Ruthie is like banking was 20 years ago; professional but also personal and so customer focused.       I just opened my checking and savings with Central Bank today at Shoal Creek and I am very impressed. Ruthey Isisaki was beyond helpful and made it simple for me to understand the best way to go about things. I’m 19 about to turn 20 and really took into consideration about how to help me save money.       Love this bank. Been with them since 2000 when it was Metcalf Bank. When we moved to Liberty, there weren't any locations here. We had to go to Independence or Blue Springs to bank. Their service was and is well worth the trip.
