      Central Bank in Pleasant Hope is hands down the best customer service around. You get the benefits of a larger bank with a small town feel where the employees know your name and bend over backwards to help you. I 10/10 recommend using them if you’re looking for a bank!

      I very rarely visit the branch personally due the shift to online banking and consumer trends however when I do the service has been nothing but excellent. I am always greeted by friendly staff, have short wait times and am treated in a welcoming manner. Being a smaller community I love the one on one service provided. I do wish the hours were extended for lobby a little later to accommodate those working however the drive through is open and most needs can be accomodated online. The online service app is very user friendly and convenient. I have tried other banks over the years and feel like Central is very competitive and has a lot to offer
