      I live this bank. Friendly, helpful and it feels great to be known by name when I go in.

      This bank used to be great and have very friendly workers. As of late the past few times I have gone in, the tellers are very rude and short. It seems customer service and a welcoming atmosphere has completely diminished. I hope this is corrected but I have had multiple persons help me on multiple occasions all with the same outcome. There is a difference between being matter of fact and welcoming and just flat out rude.
