      We have worked with several associates with Central Bank. We were hesitant to move, because change is difficult, but in the end we are so happy we moved our business and personal accounts over! Jo (Assistant Vice President) at (Hammons Tower Branch) and her team along with Heather (Business Development Specialist) have made sure that we received the very best treatment! Today I was able to call and talk to a live person without being put on hold, or transferred. It is so nice to be able to speak with the actual people in my branch that I deal with and they know who I am. BEST DECISION EVER!
