      Very poor customer service, unprofessional! Almost cost me a sell of a vehicle! Extremely upset!!! When the Teller Superviser Cindy Reed said we would have to speak with the branch manager, the branch manger closed her door! Highly offended and will not ever conduct business in this branch.

      I could not have asked for better service at a bank than what I received at Central Bank on South Glenstone! Gracie was kind, compassionate, caring, and patient as we changed my sister’s Account information due to the death of her husband. Once she saw my power of attorney document she walked us through all the necessary changes with complete professionalism. We felt very comfortable in knowing that she knew what she was doing and did it with confidence. I have been in a couple of times since our initial experience with Gracie and she answered my questions and did not make me feel inadequate in my understanding but just showed me where I was confused. I would recommend this bank. I also have my personal account at another Central Bank location. However, if I need to speak to someone about my account, I will go talk to Gracie and so should you!
