  A nice local bank with local people who know what they are doing and the freedom to actually use their brains as opposed to a mega-bank which is so impersonal and rigid. Highly recommend.

  This is a terrible bank with terrible service. They collected my money for 7.5 years straight with no issues. Then I called him to waive the late fee due to Covid 19 he said no I’m not waiving anything you need to make a full payment and a late fee now. This is the bank that overcharged me for years collected ten of thousands of dollars of interest fee and they couldn’t waive a $70 late fee once in 7.5 years during pandemic. This is how you will be treated too as a loyal customer. Please spare your time and nerves there are so many good options for mortgage don’t repeat my mistake. Daryl Frevert is the one to avoid terrible business and terrible treatment of customers.

  Great bank, amazing customer service! We have used Central Bank for many years for our banking needs. Superb bank that is Houston Longest Serving independent bank since 1956.
