      We are closing our checking account with Central Bank today. When we opened this account about 8 years ago, it did not require a $500 minimum. In December, we were charged a $6.00 fee. I called to ask what it was and where did it come from. She said our balance went under $500 and said they started requiring a $500 minimum last March. We went about $3.00 under $500 for part of a day in February before we made a deposit. and were charged $6.00 again. We knew nothing about this change and had never been notified by a letter in the mail or anything. We are done with this bank.

      This bank has the absolute worst customer service. Save yourself a headache and find a local bank that's competent. The president, Bob Adkisson, should be fired.
