  I opened my first bank account with Empire bank and over the years they have provided great customer service. Every time I call I can get on the phone with a real person within five minutes. Their banking app is pretty good too.

  If you're doing a loan avoid this company at all cost. Amanda Gilbert at this branch was helping a mutual customer of ours obtain a loan and she called in and asked for a Dec page. We provided the Dec page but then she request that their coverage be raised to match the amount of the loan. We then sent her an RCE (Replacement Cost Estimator) she said she had never heard of an RCE and that she needed us to raise coverage. We refused because an RCE provides proof of adequate coverage and if we raised his coverage that would just cost the customer more money for no reason. She talked the customer into cancelling our policy and going with a more expensive policy just so she could make her commission on her loan. She showed she could careless about the particular borrower. Any company/loan officer who would do this and the fact they don't know what a RCE is avoid at all cost they don't know what they're doing.

  I got my truck stuck in their tiny drive through lanes did $1500 in damage to my wheels. They have so many lanes that aren’t in use why not make one wider for contractors with big trucks and trailers and raise the heights on tubes so you don’t have to hang down out the window
