  Literally one of the most unprofessional banks I’ve ever come in contact with. I see why they don’t get much business. Ivan Sanchez was supposed to follow up with me weeks ago regarding opening a small business checking account. Apparently their system was showing that Chex System shows that I owed a bank money (which i never ever did btw). So I call Chex System to confirm, of course they inform me that their records show that I don’t owe any bank money. I ask for a copy of the records to provide to Central Bank. I provide documents to them and was told that their “back office” has to approve letter because their system still reflects that Chex System is showing something different. I kindly thank the teller (Anna, who was ver helpful) and she hands me a card to f/u with Ivan. Long story short instead of calling me back as promised after our first initial phone conversation, he decides to not update me at all. Nothing is more unprofessional to me than telling someone you’ll call them back about BUSINESS and having them call you instead. That makes you look like a very unprofessional person and who would want to trust an institution where their employees won’t do something as simple as follow up. Instead of being straight forward Ivan states after 2 mins of running around my question, “I think we’ve just decided not to bank with you” when I asked the reasoning he kept referring back to Chex System saying I owe money. You can’t be in a managerial position and be scared to be straightforward. We weren’t even in person but I could call bs by the shaker sound in his voice. I’m so thankful the did “decide not to bank with me because I’d be ready to close my account!! Send Ivan back to a basic sales associate position, he is far from manager worthy. Coward.
