  Ian in Richmond has been there for us since day one. He has helped us with our account issues immediately any time we’ve had any problems. He’s professional, friendly, helpful and courteous which is hard to find anywhere nowadays. We love being able to call and talk to a real person right away and NOT be sent to recorded messages and be treated like a number instead of real people. We left a big commercial bank so that we could go back to this type of personal service. We love Central and never going back to the big commercial banks!

  For years, they had an amazing woman working there who pleasantly and professionally handled any issue I ever had. It's hard to believe one person leaving could literally tank the customer service of a facility but it appears to have happened. I called yesterday to get an issue handled with my debit card and the gentleman was condescending and kept saying it might be easier if I came in since I would have to be able to answer some personal questions about myself and my account. I told him I thought I could handle it. Miraculously, I happened to know my own information and we were able to handle it over the phone. I did have an in-person transaction to do and I drove straight to the Hamburg location.
