  I took my teenage daughter to Central Bank to open her first checking account. Kristy Napier made the experience so pleasant for my daughter. Kristy took time to explain the type of accounts, and answer my daughter’s questions. She completely put my daughter at ease. I would recommend Kristy and this branch of Central Bank to anyone looking for a place to open an account.

  My student attempted to open a checking account when they arrived in Berea with Central Bank. My student brought a check from our local branch (national) bank to deposit/open the account. They deemed the check to be fraudulent without actually verifying funds and immediately closed the account. Apparently, they called once while my student was in class, gave no urgent message and that was the end of their attempt to get another check or continue doing business with my student. Complete lack of care. Trash customer service. If you want a very frustrating experience and to be talked down to, try Central Bank! EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: I DID CALL YOUR OFFICE AND EMAILED. IT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE, ONLY ADDED TO THE FRUSTRATION OF DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO NOT ONLY DON'T WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, BUT ACTUALLY PROVE THAT CENTRAL BANK ( represented by Kristy Napier) LIES WHILE TRYING TO JUSTIFY THEIR LACK OF ACTION. This review was written after due diligence trying to discuss via email and phone. Thank you

  I just want to say how much this bank has helped me. I deal with Kristy and she is so friendly along with everyone else working there. There’s not a bad thing I can say, honestly. I have banked a two places before this one and since being here, this will be my bank for life.
