  I have been a customer of this bank for about ten years and have never had any reason to complain about anything. The service is always excellent, and the staff is simply top notch....always courteous, helpful and friendly. I have developed a good sense of trust. It really feels good to be able to walk in and be greeted by name. A big shout out to Adolfo and Pablo for their excellent way of interacting with customers.

  The staff in this location Austin n Cermak road are friendly and professional. They engage in conversation and is very helpful ..i can honestly say that I've never had an issue with any worker having an attitude. I love my bank ive been here for many yrs. My first account was open here. My husband wants me to switch to chase but u know what maybe chase is more advanced n all but I like quality over quantity.. i like n appreciate the workers here and im a loyal customer.. i do wish they had more shred days

  This bank takes 3 to 4 weeks to deposit a work check. No direct number to contact to check balance. Wouldn’t recommend

  Mr. Ramsey, Central Federal operates on what is referred to as "Real Time". Your statement that we hold your payroll check for 3 to 4 weeks in fact is not true. The deposit is made at the time you are at our teller window or using our ATMs. When a check is deposited into an account at Central Federal, per Federal Regulation CC, $200 is available the first business day after the day of deposit if the deposit stems from a wire transfer, cashier's or certified check. All other checks become available the second business day, unless they fall under the category of an extended hold. Extended holds may be placed on larger check amounts or at the association's discretion. If this occurs, the customer is notified at the time of deposit and what the reason is for the extended hold.
