      I am repeatedly told that this is a business only Branch so I opened up a business account to assist with my business and there's never anyone there for whenever there's an issue I personally do not like to use telephones or as they put an items I like a face interaction not through a camera and they're never there it's never open or if I try to call I'm always redirected to a call center

      I had not had any issues with CNB in the past, but I have called 5 times in one morning and no one will answer phones at any Manhattan location. If the number has changed they need to update it online
