      Absolutely hate the live teller. Took the small bank feel out of the bank. I like that when I walk into the Ohio branch they know my name. I live closer to the Walmart brach but hate going to it now.

      I've banked for two years and they have taken more money and rejected payments from unemployment and Fidelity, I know they can figure something out WORSE BANK THEN THEY TRY TO BRIBE YOI WITH A FREE GIFT... that shows it's a poor run bank.
