      Kristen Anderson was AMAZING!! She made the entire process so sooth and easy. We didn't have to drive to the bank every time she needed information from us. She communicated so well with us what she needed, what we needed to do. I've had many home loans in my lifetime between new purchases and re-fi's. She made this the easiest of all of them. I cannot say enough about how thorough and detailed she is. If you need a first time home loan or a re-fi or Heloc, this is the lady you want in charge of handling it. I also love that they will always have my loan at their bank. They don't sell it to someone else. I will always have access to my loan and someone very experienced and professional to answer any questions I might have. It was THE best loan experience I've had.
