  I really appreciate the personal bankers of this branch, they always go above and beyond to help me with my accounts and services. The tellers have always been really friendly and efficient. Mahalo!

  You have the best rate for a car loan and thank you. But why doesn't your website have a pay bill option? I have navy federal and im not switching they've been stellar to me minus loans. I can log into cpb website and see my loan but there's no pay bill option? You want a check which is frankly archaic at this point, for me to come in person to a branch, set up auto pay (nope never auto pay), or i can open a bank account with you. Why cant i enter my checking debit card # in and pay bill?? Its the same as a check, only digital. It deposits faster to you and immediately shows out of my account. Options make people happy and maybe sway more people to open accounts with you. Think about it. Pay bill online from any debit card in your cpb account after logging in.

  Went to pay for my mom's safety deposit box. I used a credit card and was not told it would be a cash advance. I'm now facing a fee on my credit card that I was not expecting. The manager told me that I should have known that it would be a cash advance because apparently this is supposed to be common knowledge. Also they don't need to tell me because whenever I hand them my credit card, I automatically agree to any type of transaction that they decide to process it as. The tellers should tell you that it will be a cash advance or there should be a sign.
