      Marc was being rude and racist. My mom couldn’t understand or speak english too well so I had to translate everything for her and he told my mom she has to speak for herself in a rude way like my mom had done something wrong. He needs to be respectful to his customers or else Central Pacific Bank, Ewa Beach branch will lose costumers.
