      Cleanest pawn shop! Probably cleanest shop in general that I have been to. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. A big point for me is that they also do a lot for the community. They have always been fair and reliable.

      I went in to sell an ounce of 24 karat gold. The person buying gold was absolutely clueless. She tried to buy my gold for 300 dollars. She had no idea it was an ounce of 22 karat gold. I took it to Youngs gun and jewelry and Don Young knew exactly what I had. 1200$ later . Don't waste your time with these guys. Uneducated, uninformed idiots.

It is no excuse but at that time we had a new staff member that frankly, didn't ask for help when they should have. We have since moved our location and retrained our entire team to understand bullion, coins, and rare numismatic currency. Give us another shot. I think you will see the difference.
