      Bank location is convienent and the staff is friendly but it takes 4 or five times to get anything done. My son opened a new account and 4 weeks later we called customer service no debit card was ordered. Tried 4 times to get e-mail on website to be right and finally just gave up. They seem have alot of possible fraud calls and need to turn cards off. Then it is again a pain to activate new card and to get pin set up. The bank in clovis dont seem as bad so far so if he keeps this bank he will have to start going to the clovis branch.
