      When receiving mail I am not getting my bank statements and am missing atactted paper that's clearly been ripped off isn't it a federal crime for the bank to tamper with our records? Clearly they have some explaining to do!

      Staff is insensitive I had a recent death in the family and when trying to close my account due to funeral cost staff would not allow this.
