      Had the worst experience with one of their employees. Natalie Hartwig is very rude and bigoted. Join another credit union.

      This bank has top notch service and is the best avenue for banking if you are a firefighter or a family member of a firefighter. The fire department is one big family (something you would not experience unless you were an actual firefighter) and this bank is an extension of that.
