      Horrible customer service, if they can't answer a question they just hang up on you. The online banking is garbage. Update 7/13/2022 Have had several problems with them throughout the term of my vehicle loan. -They would often charge me hundreds of dollars for a forced insurance policy, because THEY screwed up and did not process MY insurance through Geico. This happened at least 5 times. Every time I have to spend the day on the phone with CWU, my bank and my insurance. -They've charged me late fees when I wasn't late with any payments, and when told these fees would be removed from my account, they weren't. -After finally calling and confirming my final balance, and making the last payment, I waited a week to call and ask about my vehicle title. They told me I still had a remaining balance "because of interest"... even though they confirmed my balance the previous week. Absolutely avoid this headache.
