      Took over an hour to setup my HSA, staff clearly had no experience with setting up various (albeit standard) accounts. They were unable to print my debit card and did not have any knowledge of if the card could be mailed, if I could request it myself, etc. when I explained that I am at work during their business hours and cannot come during the week, their suggestion was to return the following Saturday and hopefully they could do it then. I will never bank with Centric, nor would I recommend them. If my employer had another choice of banks for our HSA, I would surely select a competitor.

      People at Mechanicsurg branch are not very friendly. ATM not working today, no sign out. Drive up takes a long time. Thinking of changing how I bank. Not happy with banks overall. They don't work for us anymore. It's all about greed. They should know me by now but don't act like it.
