      I'm shocked I do not see many reviews for this bank, because my experience was great. I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Glenda Augustine. She valued me as a customer. I really could go on a long speech about the details of my experience but i will make this short and to the point. I switched from my old bank to this one.Thank you Centric.

      Hello to whomever it may concern im a Centric member who is having problems. I came to yall for help and was denied. This credit union states they're tired of problems and looking for solutions and will bend over backwards to help there members. Why Centric couldn't help me im not bashing anyone im just hurt.

      Centric Federal Credit Union is providing inaccurate information as it relates to the policies and procedures of Shared Branch to its members when it comes to Shared Branch transactions. The policies and procedures do not differ from state to state. How do I know because I work for a credit union that participates in shared branch and have spoken to Credit Union Resources who has confirmed that there have not be any policy or procedural changes that require credit unions to require depositors to have the recipient present or have the recipients driver's license/State ID in order to perform a transaction..Great job Chloe.
