Wonderful place to bank. The employees are so polite and fast. I haven't ever had a complaint that wasn't resolved on the spot.

Had two unknown charges come from my account of $28.00 from a returned check fee that I had no idea about back in March 2018. Went to the bank personally and asked about it God no help at all. I even asked to dispute it, they didn't. Recently like literally 2 days ago I have the same issue and nothing was done about it either. The absolute worst bank I have been with and to think I was going to open a Business account with them, but I'm about to switch banks because this cannot happen when their motto is literally to help you "live better", is not what I am getting at all. Was looking for a small loan to buy a new vehicle and they did not help either. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Especially veterans, as I am, no help at all for anything.

I have been banking with them every since 2011 an when it came time for me to get help on building credit an trying to purchase an car they couldn’t not help an didn’t try to really help an tell me what to do an I couldn’t never reach the lady at Ruston for the information I left messages an etc never tried to contact me or nothing it took for me to drive to west Monroe an they couldn’t help but they sent letter in mail saying why they couldn’t help!! Some employees are rude an some are sweet as gold but centric doesn’t help like they supposed to unless u different color
