      recently remodeled across the street from the former (Hermantown Federal) Duluth location. This is smaller location than the one in H-town, usually with two tellers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

      Been a member since I was a child opening my first account when they were called Hermantown Federal Credit Union. A couple years ago, I wanted to open a checking account. Was told I absolutely could not have it along with my current savings account, I needed to open up a brand new savings account. Then a year or 2 later they started charging me inactivity fees they never discussed on my old account, until my account was drained, and I got overdraft fees on it. Really frustrating, nothing clearly communicated. Honestly looking for another credit union to go to.
