Centris has been going downhill for a while. Before COVID they were great. Now there is new ppl all the time and they are slow. Now when you call, they have changed their system and can't talk to anyone. If I call the bank to speak with someone about my account, my money, and I can't speak with anyone,ITS TIME TO GO. Heart goes out to the elderly for dealing with this mess. They wouldn't have a bank if it wasn't for us. What happened to the black people that worked there? Yeah right
