      Its really hit or miss i think some of the staff should be updated on certain techniques and technology for modern home rentals and purchasing...such as vouchers and minoritys in the housing market my agent was friendly but communication is critical and sadly it was scarce.

      Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this brokerage in any capacity. If you are an agent you should know they offer no Broker support, instead they scold their agents based on hearsay. They are GREEDY! They expect you to pay them before they you can even get around to getting paid. They have so many hidden; unscrupulous fees! The “broker” Kelly Normand is such a flip flopper, she does not have your best interest at heart. She only cares about her cat sadly. Overall they are a complete waste of time. They will pressure you to sign up with them, just to treat you like trash once they’ve got your signature. The saddest part is that this doesn’t seem to be the experience for all, mostly people of color.
