  Julie ~ She is an amazing woman she is passionate and is awesome at her job she’s not pushy which you tend to see /find in a lot of realtors .Julie is serious dedicated and will work her butt off for you is one of our favorite realtors and we will always use her every purchase .

  FIVE STARS for real estate agent Andy Bencosme!! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Andy. He is phenomenal, and then some. We were first time home buyers and were so nervous/excited about the entire process. Andy immediately put us at ease and guided us, every step of the way. He never, not once, made us feel like we were asking dumb rookie questions (even though we probably asked a ton) - he has the patience/professionalism/demeanor of a Saint! And a biting wit that will have you laughing immediately AND hours later. Andy was also extremely knowledgeable about our target neighborhoods and masterfully helped us navigate our options. When it came down to closing, Andy again was there to help - he went above and beyond our expectations and got us an unheard-of price AND, on top of everything else, a very generous credit. He was also there 100000% of the way during the inspection process and even coordinated (and physically attended) all the additional inspections. Who does that? ANDY. Every single time we called/texted/emailed Andy, he was always immediately responsive - in other words, Andy will NOT ghost you. This trait alone was a lifesaver for us (me, in particular, as I am a Type A/very thorough personality) and saved me from having a stroke on so many occasions. Andy is also an extraordinary diplomat - he was not only wonderful with us (as the Buyers) but he's so lovely with everyone he interacted with. In other words, he's not a jerk and you won't run for the hills interacting with him. We can't sing Andy's praises enough - we've already referred a friend to Andy and will not hesitate one bit to recommend Andy to anyone who will listen to us. Andy is super trustworthy, professional, personable, FUNNY, witty, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, A+ above and beyond service and interaction. Andy is EXCELLENT - across the board. Andy is a joy to work with and we are forever grateful to him for being on this homeownership journey with us. Thank you Andy!!!
