      My family has been involved in real estate for over 30 years; buying and selling homes and Maryann Pharis-Mathes is the most unprofessional and disrespectful salesperson we have ever dealt with. Failure to accommodate simple requests, stormed out of the closing like a petulant child when said failure was pointed out and at the conclusion of the closing, she threw the paper work and keys at my mother as if she was a beggar rather than handing them over like a true professional would do. I usually do not write reviews but I was so appalled by what I witnessed, I felt compelled to make sure that Polk County understands who and what kind of person Maryann Pharis-Mathes is. I cannot speak to the rest of Watson & Myers Century 21 Watson brokers, but Maryann does not belong in this business and if Watson & Myers are tolerant of this type of behavior, then save yourself the headaches and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.
