      I bought a piece of property through this office in January 2022. I had special conditions put in to my contract. I bought the recommended insurance for the property at a cost of $500. Two weeks after closing discovered the property was misrepresented by the realtor. Had a issue with the property that violated the special conditions in my contract, found out the insurance they have is absolutely worthless. Tried to contact several people in the office, after they discovered there was an issue and I was not happy with it nobody will answer the phone. Now I’ve had to hire an attorney to try to get things straightened out. Dealing with that now next will be dealing with their realtor license. I personally will never use century 21 to buy or sell property ever again.
